Faith is the engine of of our response to God. Let’s learn about faith this month as we study the Father of Faith.

Abraham… a very unique man
1. Identification with God. (Heb. 11:16)
2. Only man to have been visually seen in heaven (Luke 16:22)
3. The man of faith (Gal. 3:6-9)
4. The father of all who live by faith

Romans 4:3, Gen. 15:4-6, Abraham believed God and it was credited to him as righteousness.

Faith…
1. Starts with a promise of God. (Gen. 15:4-5, Matt. 17)
2. Stirs us to action! (Jonah, James 2)
3. Goes into our account as righteousness. Works never do! (Rom. 3:20-24, 4:1-5)

Let’s learn how to trust the Lord Jesus in the circumstances of our lives.
